Service Description
This is a small group training program that focuses on the techniques used in speed, agility and strength and conditioning to maximize performance and decrease injuries for athletic performance.

Cancellation Policy
Late Cancellation and No-Show Fees: Members may reserve a spot in class at any time up until the class begins. If a member makes a reservation and then cancels within a 24-hour window prior to the start of training. A “no-show” is defined as a member that reserved a spot but did not show up. “No-shows” will be charged Full price. This policy is written in good faith to encourage courteous reservation practices and to optimize schedule availability for our members. Cancellation Policy: All memberships are final and are not subject to modification or alteration. May Performance Training reserves the exclusive right to all contracts. If a member elects to cancel their membership early, they must first contact their coach. 15 days prior to their cancellation. If proper notice is received, members may be refunded 30% of their current, fully prepaid balance. May Performance Training reserves the right to collect any unpaid membership dues that result from early cancellation. Early termination fee: As an option with resolving unfulfilled contracts, a member may pay a $100 early termination fee to end the contract early. The $100 fee is billable at the time of cancellation. Late Fees: Any membership fee paid after the due date will cause the member to be charged $25 per occurrence.
