Late Cancellation and No-Show Fees: Members may reserve a spot in class at any time up until the class begins. If a member makes a reservation and then cancels within a 24-hour window prior to the start of training. A “no-show” is defined as a member that reserved a spot but did not show up. “No-shows” will be charged Full price. This policy is written in good faith to encourage courteous reservation practices and to optimize schedule availability for our members. Cancellation Policy: All memberships are final and are not subject to modification or alteration. May Performance Training reserves the exclusive right to all contracts. If a member elects to cancel their membership early, they must first contact their coach. 15 days prior to their cancellation. May Performance Training reserves the right to collect any unpaid membership dues that result from early cancellation.
